You'll find the staff to guest ratio will be higher, meaning greater attention to customer service. Porters, a laundry service and room service should be available and there will usually be more than one restaurant, with food of a good quality. Extra facilities could include a business centre with internet access, fax and a printer. There may be more than one pool and may also be a sauna and/or small fitness centre. You may find some spa treatments like massages are offered, though this grade of hotel is less likely to have a fully-equipped spa.

Many hotels in Eilat have family facilities so you're likely to find a kids' club or babysitting service. Some rooms may also be adapted for disabled access.

Décor and attention to detail should be better than in lower grade accommodation and you can expect a good location.
